- Ship your items: Please see the instructions below if you want to ship your own memorabilia to be signed.
- Private signing: We personally meet with the player to verify authenticity
- Verification: All signed items will come with an East Coast Sports Collectibles Authentication hologram.
We operate out of Alberta, Canada. For private signings with professional athletes and to get your hockey collectibles autographed, please send your items to the following address or drop them off for signing:

Due to the Canada Post Strike and in-order to have you're send-in items arrive arrive on time; please use an alternate service that is not Canada Post or USPS.
- Regular items: Small photos, pucks, cards, books, toys, and similar.
- Premium items: Jerseys, photos larger than 16x20", art canvases, sticks, equipment, and similar.

Flat Shipping Rates:
$17 CAD for orders within Canada.
$15 USD for orders to the United States.
- Orders must be received by the deadline in the event details.
- If an item runs out, we will substitute a similar one.
- Late items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Shipping charges apply for return shipments.
- Payment for autograph fees must be made in advance.
- Event dates are subject to change based on the athlete’s schedule.
- No refunds for pre-ordered autographed items or services.
- We are not liable for minor imperfections or handling damage during signings.
- Each athlete reserves the right to refuse to sign or alter personalizations.
- East Coast Sports Collectibles' liability for damage/loss is limited to the autograph fee. Additional insurance is recommended for valuable items.
- US customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
- Canadian customers are subject to applicable sales taxes.
