A private signing is closed to the public and attended only by the athlete and our team. You can purchase an item from us or send in your own memorabilia, and we’ll get it signed for you.

A public signing gives you the opportunity to meet the athlete in person and have your memorabilia signed at the event. Can’t attend? You can still purchase an item from us or send in your own, and we’ll take care of the signing for you.

There are two ways to order:

Buy an item from us: Choose from the memorabilia available on the athlete’s signing page and place your order. We’ll get it signed and ship it to you after the signing.

Send in your own item: Purchase the appropriate autograph option online, then mail your memorabilia to us before the listed deadline. We’ll get it signed and return it to you afterward.

All items are available for pre-order and will be shipped shortly after the cut-off date for the private Your memorabilia must be received by the pre-order deadline listed for that signing. Please allow enough time for shipping — the deadline is the date your item needs to arrive at East Coast Sports Collectibles, not the date it is mailed, or public event. Please note that dates may be subject to change depending on the athlete's availability.

You can send in most types of sports memorabilia. Items are categorized as regular or premium:

• Regular items include pucks, books, photos smaller than 16×20", and similar items.
  
• Premium items include jerseys, photos larger than 16×20", hockey equipment, and similar items.

Yes, but only at events marked Public Signing. Public signing pages will include the event date, location and available attendance information.

Private Signings are not open to the public.

Yes. You do not need to attend a public signing to participate. You can purchase an item from us or send in your own memorabilia before the listed deadline, and our team will have it signed for you.

Yes, inscriptions, personalization or other autograph options are available and listed on the individual athlete’s signing page. Options and pricing vary by athlete.

Yes. We work directly with the athletes and our team is present at the signing, ensuring the authenticity of the autographs obtained through our signing events.

Signed memorabilia is typically packaged and shipped 1–2 weeks after the pre-order deadline.

Signing dates may occasionally change due to an athlete’s schedule or circumstances outside our control. If a signing is rescheduled, we’ll update the event information accordingly.
