Returns and Exchanges
At East Coast Sports Collectibles, we guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic and free from any significant manufacturing flaws. If you receive an item with defects, please inform us within 14 days of receiving it. We will either refund your order or replace the product free of charge once we have confirmed that the flaw is our fault and the item has been returned to us. However, we do not offer shipping refunds that exceed the amount charged for the original shipment during your purchase.
We offer a 21-day return policy with every order, which can be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please email us at info@eastcoastsportscollectibles for all returns or exchanges to obtain authorization before initiating a return or exchange. Be sure to adhere to the following guidelines:
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on items sent or ordered from a signing event.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on mystery boxes.
- Returned merchandise must be returned in the manner in which it was received. Any merchandise returned in a condition other than the original will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Please keep all original packaging materials for missing or damaged items, as the shipping carrier could need these to satisfy a claim.
- When returning your item, it must include the order number inside of the packaging for verification purposes.
- We are not responsible for any returning shipment that is lost or damaged in transit. Any such claim must be directed at the carrier which you used to return your package.
- East Coast Sports Collectibles reserves the right of refusal on any exchange or refund request.
