RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be confident in every purchase from East Coast Sports Collectibles. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Before returning any item, please contact us at info@eastcoastsportscollectibles.com to receive return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please keep the item and all original packaging, as the shipping carrier may require them when processing a damage claim.
Shipping reimbursements will not exceed the original shipping amount charged on your order.
Because of the nature of these products and services, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom orders
- Items purchased or submitted for an autograph signing
- Mystery boxes
- Items that have been used, altered, damaged or returned in a condition different from how they were received
Contact us before sending anything back so we can authorize your return and provide the appropriate instructions.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Please include your order number inside the package so we can identify and process your return.
Customers are responsible for ensuring return shipments arrive safely. East Coast Sports Collectibles is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable return conditions, including any restocking fees. East Coast Sports Collectibles reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
