Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and you will receive an order confirmation email.
Longer processing times are to be expected for custom orders and pre-orders
Though uncommon, we are not responsible for delayed shipping due to postal services and couriers.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be a flat rate fee

LETTER MAIL (NO TRACKING)
We offer a letter mail service to our customers to help discount the expensive price of shipping photos.  However, you will be provided no tracking number and the responsibility of it arriving will be on the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping worldwide.
Shipping charges for your order will be a flat rate fee.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. East Coast Sports Collectibles is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you have not received an order confirmation email by 3 days after placing it, please email info@eastcoastsportscollectibles.com and someone will assist you.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and the updates are not available online, please contact us at info@eastcoastsportscollectibles.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@eastcoastsportscollectibles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
