We operate out of Fort McMurray, Alberta. For private signings with professional athletes and to get your hockey collectibles autographed, please send your items to the following address or drop them off for signing:

Please contact us if you use UPS or another provider who cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
- Regular items: Small photos, pucks, cards, books, toys, and similar.
- Premium items: Jerseys, photos larger than 16x20", art canvases, sticks, equipment, and similar.
Processing Times:
Pre-order items will be shipped 1-2 weeks after the final pre-order date.
Shipping Location:
All orders are shipped from Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.
Flat Shipping Rates:
$17 CAD for orders within Canada.
$15 USD for orders to the United States.
- Orders must be received by the deadline in the event details.
- If an item runs out, we will substitute a similar one.
- Late items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Shipping charges apply for return shipments.
- Payment for autograph fees must be made in advance.
- Event dates are subject to change based on the athlete’s schedule.
- No refunds for pre-ordered autographed items or services.
- We are not liable for minor imperfections or handling damage during signings.
- Each athlete reserves the right to refuse to sign or alter personalizations.
- East Coast Sports Collectibles' liability for damage/loss is limited to the autograph fee. Additional insurance is recommended for valuable items.
- US customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
- Canadian customers are subject to applicable sales taxes.
